Weimaraners are described as friendly, fearless, and obedient dogs who are categorized in the sporting group of dog breeds. The standard Weimaraner colors are silver grey, silver, and mouse grey. So, to simplify, their standard colors are different shades of grey. Weimaraners are very easy to groom and do not shed much at all compared to other dog breeds. They are considered a large dog breed with a height ranging from 25-27 inches for the males, and 23-25 inches for the females. They have an average weight of 70-90 pounds for the males, and 55-75 pounds for the females. Their life expectancy is 10-13 years.
